The cold has arrived, and it's time to check over boats and berths. Check moorings, covers, and ensure the boat is properly secured for wind, snow, and ice. Drain water where necessary and make sure tarpaulins are taut and secure.
A little extra care now reduces the risk of damage and makes launching in the spring both easier and more enjoyable.
